					<description><![CDATA[I had heard about this tomato pie but the idea of the mayonnaise put me off,  especially since I seem to remember an earlier version of the recipe given to me by a friend that had much more mayo in it--as much as 3/4 cup. This one IS much healthier. And the crust recipe would work for a lot of savory pies, so thanks for that too, Gypsy!!]]></description>
